/Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted and therefore unique, so please allow small variations compared to the images shown.
/The production time depends on the style and can be between one to six weeks, all production times are specified under each item. Production time can be shorter or on rare occasion longer. Shipping time will be added to the production time.
/Items sent outside Sweden may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes. Any additional fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure please contact the appropriate authorities prior to your purchase.
/All shipping is made by registered mail.
/If the customer is unable to pick up the delivery during the timeframe it is held at the postal office please notify Sara Robertsson Jewellery to arrange for another shipping date. Orders not picked up at the postal office in time are the responsibility of the customer, if such orders are returned to Sara Robertsson Jewellery by the postal office a new shipment can be arranged at the expense of the customer.

I want you to be pleased with your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied, I am happy to offer an exchange or refund of returned goods, subject to the following terms:

/E-mail within 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Indicate the reason for the return, and whether you would like a replacement, exchange or refund.*
/All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
/Returns are at your own expense unless otherwise agreed upon by Sara Robertsson Jewellery.
/Damaged or missing returns are your responsibility, therefore I recommend that you return by registered mail.
/All exchanges will be made within 1-6 weeks of receipt of the returned item(s) and all refunds within 7 days.

*Please note that any exchanges, replacements or refunds are not made if the item has been individually altered upon your request to fit your preferences, i.e. special orders. 

To enjoy and prolong the life of your jewellery, read the care instructions carefully when receiving your order. And treat your piece with care. Any item damaged as a result of not following the care instructions will be replaced or repaired only at the customer’s own expense.

If the jewellery is considered subject to manufacturing errors, e-mail Sara Robertsson Jewellery the details of the damage. Wait for a reply before returning your order. If the damage is confirmed as a manufacturing error, Sara Robertsson Jewellery will repair/replace your order within 2 weeks upon receiving the return.
